After 4 month of bonding they are one heart and one soul. We are so happy that Mia found a new friend. It was a difficult time since Max died. She was sad too. And she wasn't the same like before.
Thats why we decided to adopt a new rabbit. After we visited him for the first time it was love at first sight for us. And we were confident that Mia would like him to. And in this moment it was clear. He's gonna be our new baby :)
Luckily we had kept Mia's old stable. So our grandpa helped us to clean it and we made it ready for him. At the beginning he was really shy but also very curious. He enchanted us all with his blue eyes and his ittle ears. We never had a rabbit like him before. So it was really exciting . The next thing we had to discuss was the name. How should we name him...We all had a lot of ideas. But at the and we decided us to take Glen. We are all scotland fans so this would be perfect and somehow it just suited him.
After a while he felt more comfortable. Mia always wondered who he was. She always went to his stable and looked to see who is living there now. Then we started our first try to bond them. It was really difficult at the beginning. We always let them out differently so they can sniff eachother behind the stable ,,bars''. After this we let them out together time to time. It wasn't that beautiful to watch. But we hoped for, that it will be better after the time.
But then 3 month went over and our hope wasn't that big as it was before. But suddendly one morning when we let both out again something happened. Mia was licking Glen's head and he was just relaxing by her side and wasn't afraid of her anymore. In this moment we knew it. They are finally friends. And this thought made us so so happy. Yes and this was the story how they become friends.
